How to structure the creation of ralphloops tasks

all raphloops tasks should be structured in the following way:

naming convention:

XX_task-name.md

where XX is a two digit number representing the order of the task in the workflow.

XX > 10

these mds are indexed in the 01_index.md file and their progress is noted down
